Shipping Policy
We ship all over India and try to get the best rates for our customers. Orders placed Monday through Saturday IST will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within two business days of order placement if the product(s) is(are) in inventory in our warehouse. If you want to inquire about the delivery time of a product, do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order. Our shipping charges varies as per the order value and delivery location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout our product delivery timeline is 4-9 days maximum, If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@buydiwo.com
Refunds & Returns Policy
We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
- You received a wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 4 days from the date of delivery with unboxing video. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at contact@buydiwo.com
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 4 days from the time of delivery of the product.
Note: – Unboxing video is mandatory
Refund will be processed within 2-3 days and it will be credited back to original source of payment method within 10 days if request will be approved.
